…Pause …to …Breathe

We are all doing it,
but are we doing it out of enjoyment ?

It can be scheduled done consciously, even unconsciously
but no point of doing it unconsciously.

It acts like a feedback system,
It can bring you out of any situation

Doing it deeply brings spirituality
And, it is definitely a whimsicality

It can calm you when you are distressed,
Even keep you strong when things are messed

Still thinking whats this magical thing is?
In one word, it is indeed our breathing
